Pork Roast

1-3-4lb boneless pork roast
1-can of coke (not diet)
1-can cream of mushroom soup

Mix together the cream of mushroom soup with the can of coke in the baking dish that you will use, it will make the gravy.  I recommend an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan.  (If you use a 13x9 pan, I suggest doubling the coke and the soup or it will just burn up in your pan.
Salt and pepper the top of the pork roast.  Put into the pan.  Bake at 375 for 2.5 to 3 hours or until done 185 degrees or until juices run clear
